The RSPB are running an incredible campaign to encourage people to ‘give nature a home’. Whether it’s in your own back garden, or your entire neighbourhood. With the launch of inspiring TV adverts, the RSPB are offering a free information pack jammed with 20 ways to make your garden more wildlife-friendly, with advice and tips on everything from nest boxes to bee hotels, water features for frogs and planting for butterflies.
The website offers a fantastic filter to choose from a wide range activities that are suitable for a balcony, a small garden, a large garden or the neighbourhood. You can choose to help birds, hedgehogs, bees or reptiles. And even select how much spare time you have to offer.
Not only are you helping support the wildlife in your own backyard, but you are also improving your own health and well-being by being active outdoors.
